VirtualTourdesigners.com now offers unlimited virtual tours and still images. All tours come standard with 360 degree images and still images of every room (excluding garages, bathrooms, storage areas, etc). This is accomplished by now pricing the tour according to the square footage of the home. From the front to the back, Virtual Tour Designers will showcase your home to the fullest.

$160 - 3600 sqft or less
$200 - 4801 to 6000 sqft
$240 - 6001/+ sqft

$120 - Lots/Under Construction(mainly exterior shots, 1 - 3 interior shots if under construction)

Floorplan Add-on

Does your property have limited showing times, marketing to clients out of town, or just want to stand out above the rest? If your answer is yes, then adding a floor plan is your next step. We provide a basic floor layout of room locations, stairs, doors, etc. We go one step further and link each picture to the respective room, so as the viewer is moving the mouse over the floorplan they can see exactly what image corresponds to the room! (if you need floorplans independent of the virtual tour, please contact us for a pricing quote)

$100 - 3601 to 6000 sqft
$120 - 6001+ sqft

Need to catch the wave on social media marketing? Virtual Tour designers now is adding Video Slideshows.

 $80 - any size house

• Will be added to YouTube.
• Provided for you to use freely for marketing while the tour remains active. You can add the link or embed the video to any site or site of your choosing using youTube's embed feature.

Hosting Fee

Hosting is free for the first 6 months with virtual tour order.
$90 - for each 6 month hosting period thereafter.
